Fair refund schedules. Rescheduling flexibility when plans change.

🎒 Stranger Trips (Group Travel)

Because group trips rely on fixed allocations for transport and stays, the following cancellation windows apply:

  • 15+ Days Before Departure: 100% refund of the booking amount, or free rescheduling to a future group trip of equal value.
  • 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% refund, or 75% value credit issued as a travel voucher.
  • Less than 7 Days: No refund can be issued, as resort booking deposits and transport contracts will have finalized.

🏡 Custom Regional Stays

Refund rules for custom stays are governed by the specific property host and boutique hotels chosen. These conditions are highlighted during the alignment discussion and detailed in your personalized invoice itinerary.

🌧ī¸ Weather-Related Cancellations

If a trip is cancelled by our operations team due to extreme weather warnings (e.g. heavy monsoons, landslides, or state travel bans), we will offer a full refund or issue a priority booking voucher for the rescheduled travel dates.
